Inspiring Discovery
UBC Let's Talk Science strives to improve science, technology, engineering and mathematics literacy through the outreach efforts of members of the research community at the University of British Columbia. Our volunteers work with youth from elementary and secondary schools to ignite science excitement and share their knowledge with eager young minds.
Office Hours and Location
We’re located at in Brock Hall Annex (1874 East Mall), Room 2357B. You can find our location on Wayfinding UBC (http://www.maps.ubc.ca/).
Our office is well-stocked with materials and equipment available to all volunteers participating in any of our programs. We have a variety of prepared activity kits available for sign-out that cover a variety of topics such as biology, forensics, engineering and environments. We also have an inventory of fun activity ideas for various concepts and themes related to science, engineering and technology.
Visit us during our office hours for supplies and tips! If you cannot come during office hours, please email supplies@ubclts.com to schedule an appointment.
